MAKE_GULFDRIFTERS is the jData module of jLab.

 MAKE_GULFDRIFTERS   Create a drifter dataset for the Gulf of Mexico.
 
    GULFDRIFTERS creates a dataset containing all publicly available 
    surface drifter data from the Gulf of Mexico, as described in 
 
         Lilly, J. M. and P. Perez-Brunius (2021a). A gridded surface
             current product for the Gulf of Mexico from consolidated  
             drifter measurements.  Submitted to Earth Science System Data.

    This function contains the code for creating GULFDRIFTERS.NC.  It is
    provided for completeness, although it will not be possible for you to 
    run in its entirety because some of the source files are proprietary.

    to NetCDF.
